"This was my second visit to IBMA in two years, and I must admit, I was like a kid in a candy shop. Both main stages held the best lineups of great music that I could have imagined. The stages set up downtown, and in fact, the entire downtown area was wonderful. The city seemed to treat IBMA as royalty. Parking was a snap at $7.00 in the covered garage right next door, and that was good for all day, both Friday and Saturday. All in all, a wonderful experience for any bluegrass lover!"
- Chuck Spratt
"Absolutely loved the Wide Open Bluegrass!!! So glad it was in Raleigh, it was the perfect setting."
- Bob Walden
